HemenKayak in Short

HemenKayak is a marketplace platform that brings together multiple equipment rental shops and independent instructors/ski schools operating across Turkey's ski and snowboard regions (Uludağ, Palandöken, Erciyes, Kartalkaya, Sarıkamış, Ilgaz) in a single search and booking interface. It does not rent equipment or give lessons itself; it electronically facilitates the booking and contract process between the user and the shop/instructor.

Who We Are

HemenKayak is operated by ORSİNN GLOBAL İTHALAT İHRACAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, whose registration details appear below. Our goal is to let users — whether new to winter sports or on the slopes every season — transparently compare equipment and instructor options at their chosen ski resort by price, scope and reviews, and book with confidence; and to give shops and instructors an infrastructure to run their business from a single dashboard.

How It Works

1. You pick a ski resort and dates, and compare equipment rental or lesson options.
2. You choose a shop/package or instructor, enter participant details, and see the tax-inclusive total and cancellation terms before paying.
3. Once you complete payment, a Booking Request is created; this alone does not form a contract.
4. The moment the shop/instructor confirms the request, the Distance Contract is formed and your booking is finalized. If not confirmed, your payment is refunded.
5. You pick up the equipment / attend your lesson at the agreed place, and return the equipment when the rental ends.
